Use of Web Site
The marchparade.com Web site exists solely for the use of individuals and entities wishing to engage in retail transactions involving the products of March Parade.  The transactions may include reviewing, considering and purchases the Web site's goods.  The Web site may also be used to contact or transact business with March Parade on their own behalf or, in certain cases, on behalf of their intended recipients.

Due to potential fraudulent orders, March Parade maintains the right to cancel any order where contact information submitted is not accurate or does not exist (i.e. phone number, email address) and where customer is non-responsive to inquiry. 

Coupons and Promotion Codes
All coupons and promotions codes MUST be applied to an order during checkout.  Coupon codes cannot be applied once an order has completed its checkout and payment process!  Also, some coupon codes and promotions may not be valid on Bulk Orders (quantities 12 and over of a single product).  Coupon Codes can be used one time per customer and min order amount is $10.00.   Coupon Codes are not applicable to International Orders. 

Gift Certificates
Merchandise bought with gift certificates is not refundable.  If an item is damaged upon delivery, please call Customer Service ASAP to discuss options - exchange or store credit will be extended.  Exchanges will be accepted when applicable and based on item availability. 

Submissions
March Parade welcomes all comments regarding our Web site.  However, any and all communications sent to marchparade.com shall be and remain the exclusive property of March Parade.  Our company will be permitted to use any material submitted in any way it wishes without restrictions.  For this reason, we ask that you not send us any comments that you do not wish to assign to us, including any confidential information or any original creative materials.

Communications
The use of the marchparade.com Web site and email correspondence is engagement in electronic communications.  When using this site, you agree that all electronic communications constitute the legal requirement of written communications.  You are also agreeing to receive electronic communication from March Parade.

Color and Size
We do our best to make sure the pictures and descriptions of our products accurately reflect color and size. However, colors may look different on different computer monitors and size is often hard to gauge without a reference. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the color and/or size reflected on your computer screen is exactly the way you may perceive.   

Several products are available in assorted styles and/or colors.  Only those products that specifically allow a requested preference in the product description will be considered.  Images are NOT always representative of the color/style that you will receive - please read the product description(s) carefully!

If a preference is submitted during order generation, we will try our best to accommodate, but if the preferred style/color is not available, product will be randomly selected.   IF this is a deal breaker, please call customer service first to inquire on preferred availability prior to placing the order.

Also, any equipment you may use while using our site is your own responsibility should it need any services or repairs.  Any risks associated with using marchparade.com are yours alone. March Parade takes no responsibility.

Shipping to International Destinations
Please use the CONTACT US page for international shipping quotes, email us directly at support@marchparade.com or use the option "Shipping Quotation Requested - Outside U.S. only (you will not be charged now)" Payment Method during checkout process.   You will then be contacted for a shipping quote and payment options.  Please DO NOT submit payment for an international order! 

Never Received / Stolen Packages
March Parade cannot be responsible for stolen packages.  Please do your best to select a shipping address that will have someone home to accept the delivery, or have your order shipped to your office.  Sending packages to 'shared' mailboxes or building managers are not recommended.  Packages are generally not shipped requiring a signature for delivery, unless requested by the customer (with associated fee).   All orders over $200 may be shipped with siqnature required upon delivery.  The customer assumes all liability for stolen packages verified delivered by the carrier with tracking information.

Product Pricing
Default (or "strike-through") pricing on the March Parade website indicates an MSRP (manufacturer's suggested retail price) or SRP (suggested retail price) provided by brand distributor/manufacturer.  March Parade's Sale Price indicates the price that we sell that product.  The savings indicated is the difference in that pricing structure.  Some pricing for products are always sold at "MAP" (minimum advertised price) based on vendor/distributor demand, meaning we have no flexibility on discount;  but those products in which we have flexibility, are sold at our pricing discretion.
