ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY:

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make from March Parade. If product is damaged in transit, please call us right away and we will discuss a replacement of the item (on us, of course!), or a potential refund.  If our products simply fail to meet your expectations (before opening),  please call or send an email to support@marchparade.com and indicate the order number, the item  you want to return, the reason and product price.  All returned products must be unopened and in original packaging upon return.  We regret that we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened and/or used.  Please return the items within 30 days of your order date for exchange or refund to the below address.  Please make sure these items are securely packaged.   March Parade is not responsible for delivery and handling charges on returns and your refund will be minus original freight cost.  For orders that qualified for free shipping, and are  being returned in their entirety, you will be refunded in full upon receipt minus a minimal original shipping fee of $ 9.99.  We regret that CLEARANCE items, bulk & special discounted orders or International Sales are non-returnable. 

Refunds on returned items are in the form of the original payment method and will be processed at the time we receive the item.  It may take up to two billing cycles for refunds to show up on bank statements, although the credit will post 1-3 business days after the return has been processed.  Original freight or shipping charges will not be refunded. 

If a refund is requested, an email will be sent out once the refund is complete.  If an exchange has been requested, a second email will be sent out once the new order has been processed.  We are unable to guarantee that the product listed for exchange will be in stock at the time your order is processed.  In these cases, a refund will be issued to your original payment form.

PLEASE NOTE:  In the case of a return on orders that qualified for free shipping, keep in mind that if the expected refund causes the total order to fall below the "Free Shipping" threshold, appropriate shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.

Once an order has been placed on the website, it cannot be cancelled.  If you no longer want the item(s), please return them upon receipt and we will credit/refund you when the item(s) arrive back to us (minus original shipping cost). 

GIFT CERTIFICATES:  Merchandise bought with gift certificates is not refundable.  If an item is damaged upon delivery, please call Customer Service ASAP to discuss options - exchange or store credit may be extended.  Exchanges will be accepted when applicable and based on item availability.
